Guest Post Guidelines

1. Length: 1,200–2,500 words
2. Original: Not published anywhere else
3. Quality: Well-researched, specific, useful
4. Format: H2/H3 headings, bullet lists, images
5. Sources: Cite authoritative sources when making claims
6. Voice: Friendly, knowledgeable, no fluff
7. Links: Max 2 self-promotional links (no spam)

What We Don't Accept

• AI-generated content without human editing
• Thin content or keyword stuffing
• Duplicate or previously published articles
• Overly promotional content
• Paid link placements
• Adult, gambling, or unrelated niches

How to Submit

Email your pitch to hello@coffeehub.web.id with:

1. Subject line: "Guest Post Pitch — [Your Topic]"
2. Your bio (100 words max)
3. 2–3 topic ideas with short outlines
4. Links to 2–3 previous writing samples

We respond within 5 business days. If approved, we'll send full guidelines.

Editorial Process

1. You submit pitch → we review
2. We approve topic → you write draft
3. We review and request edits
4. Final edits → publish
5. You get author bio + social share
