DMCA / Copyright Policy

CoffeeHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page explains how to report copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Our Content

All articles, images, and other content on CoffeeHub are either:

  • Original content created by our team
  • Licensed from third parties (e.g., Unsplash, Pexels)
  • Used under fair use for commentary or education

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our site without authorization, please send a written notice to hello@coffeehub.web.id with the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing (with URL)
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
  2. Investigate the claim promptly
  3. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  4. Notify the content author if applicable

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with:

  1. Your signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your contact information
  5. Consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

6. Fair Use

We believe some uses of copyrighted material constitute fair use for the purposes of commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching, or research. We respect the fair use doctrine.
